Christoph Schaub

Chrostoph Schaub is a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Vechta. Working on German literature and culture, his research interests include the literary and cultural production of the labor movement during the interwar years; intersectionality and class in autobiographical and autofictional writing from the 1970s to the present; globalization and the Anthropocene; the social history of literature; literature and politics; and Afro-diasporic popular music (techno, hip-hop, reggae / dancehall).

He is a research group member in the Berlin-team (ZfL) of the CAPONEU-project and contributes to a collaborative monograph as well as the organization of workshops and book clubs, among other activities.
